Payment of School Fees
Fees are due and payable on or before the first day of each term. Late payments increase the school's costs and affect fee levels for all parents. The Trust reserves the right to charge interest on outstanding balances. Interest at a rate 2% above the Bank of England Base Rate will be added on a daily basis from the second day of term.

There are four ways to pay your fees and extras:

  • By cheque payable to 'The Paragon School' on or before the first day of term.
  • By bank transfer to the account of 'Prior Park Educational Trust - The Paragon School Account', accont number: 70073296, sort code: 20-05-06 (Barclays Bank PLC, Bank). Please ensure that the pupils name and account number are quoted on the remittance slip.
  • By Direct Debit on the first day of term, (Please apply to the accounts office at the School for a form if not already signed up.)
  • By Direct Debit by monthly installments. Your bill will be divided into 4 equal portions and collected on the 5th of each month.

Please note that payment by Standing Order is no longer acceptable.

Early Years Entitlement
Children may be eligible to receive funding from the Government under its funded Early Years Entitlement Scheme, up to a maximum of 15 hours per week, which are publically funded. If eligible under the scheme, the funds are paid to the Paragon to help meet the cost of nursery and reception costs.

Eligibility usually commences and can be claimed from the term following the 3rd birthday until the term after their 5th birthday.

Below is an example of the level of funding that could be received based on a 13 week term. Please note these figures are reduced when the term is only 11 weeks long. (Typically the summer & spring term)

  • 15 hours - £692.25
  • 12.5 hours - £576.88
  • 12 hours - £553.80
  • 9 hours - £415.35
  • 6 hours - £276.90
  • 3 hours - £138.45
