A razzmatazz musical!

This term Year 5 and 6 put on a production of ‘Mystery at Magpie Manor’.

Set in the 1920s and steeped in legend and intrigue, Mystery at Magpie Manor tells the story of the Lord and Lady Pica who come up with a plan to sell off the family silver to save their crumbling manor house. But as the rich and famous gather for the auction ball, strange things are occurring and when the family heirloom is unveiled, it has disappeared! Inspector Spectre and Agatha Christie are straight on the case and it seems that everyone has a motive from the servants and cheeky tradesmen to Cousin Rupert and his grasping American fiancée. But can the thief be caught and Magpie Manor be rescued from impending disaster?

Wow! What a couple of amazing performances from all of our children.

Mystery at Magpie Manor was a delight to put on. The children delivered their lines brilliantly and there were some great musical numbers. What a fun production!
