A Celebration of Our Year 6 Leavers Through Music and Performance

On Friday 3rd July, The Paragon community came together for our annual End of Term Picnic Prom, a morning celebrating music, performance, achievement and community.

Families gathered to enjoy picnics while every year group took to the stage, showcasing the creativity and musical talent that have developed throughout the year. The Picnic Prom is a wonderful celebration of the important role that music and the performing arts play at The Paragon, bringing pupils, families and staff together to mark the end of another successful school year.

A special highlight of the morning was our Year 6 Prizegiving, recognising the achievements of our outgoing pupils before they embark on the next stage of their educational journey. The event concluded with a moving rendition of "Don't Stop Believin'" by Year 6.

We were also delighted to thank Paul Brophy for his dedication and commitment to leading the PTA over the past two years.

The morning also provided an opportunity to say goodbye to several members of staff, including Mrs Clague, who retires after more than 20 years of dedicated service to The Paragon. We thank all our departing colleagues for their contribution to school life and wish them every happiness in the future.

As the school year comes to a close, we would like to thank all our pupils, families, staff and volunteers for another fantastic year. We wish everyone a wonderful summer break, and to our Year 6 pupils and all those leaving The Paragon, we send our very best wishes for the exciting journeys ahead.
