Year 3 Paragon Maths Team Celebrates National Maths Success

Four talented Year 3 pupils: Rose, Iris, Eve and Freddie, have achieved an incredible 2nd place nationally in a prestigious online maths competition.

Competing against hundreds of schools from across the country, the team worked their way through the qualifying rounds to reach the grand final for the first time in the school's history. The online final, held on 30th June, saw them demonstrate excellent teamwork, resilience and problem-solving skills to secure an outstanding runners-up finish.

This fantastic achievement is a testament to the children's hard work, determination and love of maths. We are incredibly proud of their success and the way they represented the school on a national stage. Congratulations to our brilliant mathematicians.
