Viking tales around an open fire

Last week our Year 4's immersed themselves in a fun-action packed day where they learned all about the home-life, the sagas, battles and more of the Vikings!

Grizzly Viking sagas were told around a roaring fire later that week, which was very atmospheric and of course not complete without plenty tales of fearsome dragons and otherworldy, mythical creatures and realms. 

Thank fully, hot chocolate was close to hand to provide a warm comfort.
